The ClassZ Manifesto
We are progress-oriented.
Our ambition is not to build another edtech platform.
Our ambition is to radically change how people learn in the AI era.
Our goal is to make learning ALIVE again, flexible and accessible.
And freedom is at the heart of it.
The freedom to choose what you learn and who you learn from.
The freedom to decide whether to take that subject at all.
The freedom to take one class without committing to an entire program.
The freedom to learn in person with a schedule that fits your life.
The freedom to change direction as your ambitions grow.
Your education should have room for the person you are becoming.
If Horace Mann were designing schools today, would he copy 1837?
We like to think he’d be a little more ambitious.
A personalized quiz inside a fixed curriculum is still a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
Changing the questions does not give you the freedom to choose the path.
We want to put that choice in your hands.
Reaching millions is not the same as helping millions learn what they want and what they need in the AI economy.
Our ambition goes beyond distributing content.
We want people to practice, question, experiment, and develop the confidence to act.
Learning comes alive when you take part.
When you can ask the expert in front of you another question.
When you try something and receive feedback.
When someone beside you sees a possibility you had not considered.
When you discover that you can do something you once thought was beyond you.
Technology can make these experiences possible at scale.
An expert can share what they know.
A host can open a space where people gather.
A learner can find the class that moves them forward.
And a city can become a campus.
ClassZ is building the infrastructure that brings them together.
We believe AI can expand what teachers can do and help learners discover where they want to go.
We want technological progress to create more opportunities for human connection, curiosity, and discovery.
Because the people you meet can matter as much as what you learn.
A class can become a community.
A conversation can become a collaboration.
The person beside you can become a friend, a mentor, or someone you build with.
We want those connections to keep growing long after the class ends.
That is how a learning network becomes part of your life.
And the ambition extends to the places where we work and the communities we belong to.
We want businesses to develop their people around real needs and emerging possibilities.
We want governments to connect local expertise with the people who can benefit from it.
We want investment in human capital to translate into skills people can use and opportunities they can pursue.
The future of work is ours to create.
More people should have the freedom and capability to shape it.
I am Wala Kasmi, and I’ve been through hell and high water to bring ClassZ to life.
What keeps me building is the possibility of what you will do with it.
Some roads are not meant to be followed as they are.
They are meant to be radically rebuilt.
This is ClassZ.
Millennials and Gen Z building together.
Combining experience, fresh perspectives, and the ambition to radically change how we learn.
For our generations and the ones that follow.
